The core program covers four leadership fundamentals across two 5.5-hour face-to-face sessions. Each module is practical and facilitated — built around real leadership moments, not slides. Sessions can be scheduled back-to-back or spaced to suit your team.

Leading Well

What it means to lead intentionally — your values, your impact on others, and your leadership identity. Helping leaders understand the difference between managing tasks and leading people.

Session 2: Managing capacity
Drawing on the Window of Tolerance framework, this session builds self-awareness around your own capacity and stress tolerance. Because looking after yourself is the foundation of leading others well.

Session 3: Identifying & activating potential
Seeing what people are truly capable of and creating the conditions for them to grow. How to spot potential, have the right conversations, and develop people without doing it for them.

Session 4: High performing teams
What makes teams perform — and how leaders create the conditions for it. The practical behaviours and habits that separate high-performing teams from well-intentioned ones.

Exploring the link between personality and leadership effectiveness. Note: a diagnostic tool is required for this session and incurs an additional cost, to be explored at booking.
