Team Assessment Survey (TAS)
Every team member completes the Rocket Model Team Assessment Survey — a validated instrument that measures the conditions high-performing teams share. Results are benchmarked against a global normative database of thousands of teams, so you know where you stand relative to others, not just your own history. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.

Team Interview Summary (TIS)
Each team member takes part in a 30-minute virtual interview exploring current team functioning and the key components of the Rocket Model. Interviews are conducted confidentially by a Pinnacle consultant and synthesised into a Team Interview Summary — giving the team a rich, qualitative picture that goes beyond survey scores alone.

Leader debrief (1:1)
Before the team sees the results, we sit down privately with the team leader. This session reviews the survey data and TIS themes honestly, prepares the leader to engage constructively, and surfaces any dynamics worth handling carefully before the team session.

4-hour team debrief workshop
A facilitated session where the team explores their results together. Strengths are named and owned. Surprises are surfaced and discussed honestly. Development areas are identified — not defensively — because the shared data creates a common language that makes real conversation possible.
